My journey w/ Dr. Alizabeth has been one of the most nurturing and transformative of my life. Our work has moved beyond physical healing into a much richer space of spiritual & life-purpose exploration. Each session is unique, a personalised combination of healing, meditation, grounding and dialogue. Dr. A creates an incredibly safe space to unravel deep questions, spark new insights, and shed. She does this through her generosity, kindness, and profound love for each and every one of her clients. Over the past couple of years working with Dr. A, I have felt stronger, more energised, more aligned with who I really am.
